We wash our hair every day
We use shampoos that contain parabens and silicons
Even though we use natural shampoos, our hair is damaged, because the product does not contain essential oils that hydrate the hair (e.g. peppermint)
We rub our hair way too hard with a towel
We use shampoos that bubble too much
We don’t massage the scalp while hair-washing
We wash our hair with excessively hot water
